Getting Started

- 1Register at the NIWO TMS portal with your business email
- 2Complete your company profile and address information
- 3Set up your default shipping preferences and carrier accounts
- 4Generate your API key from User Center > My Information > API Interface
Creating Orders
Learn how to create shipment orders, both manually through the portal and via API integration.
- 1Navigate to Orders > Create New Order
- 2Fill in sender and recipient address details
- 3Select shipping service and package dimensions
- 4Review and confirm the order to generate tracking number
Printing Labels
Generate and print shipping labels for your orders in various formats.
- 1Go to Orders > Order List and select the order
- 2Click 'Print Label' to generate the shipping label
- 3Choose your preferred label format (PDF, ZPL, PNG)
- 4Print using a thermal or standard printer
Tracking Shipments
Monitor your shipments in real-time with detailed tracking information.
- 1Access the Tracking page from the main navigation
- 2Enter the tracking number or order reference
