How to authorize an Amazon store in NIWO OMS
1. Log in to OMS and fill in the authorization information
Path: OMS – System Settings – Platform Authorization – Amazon – Add Authorization
- Basic information is all custom content and is only displayed in OMS. It can be kept consistent with the store for internal distinction;
- For region, please select the site corresponding to the store;
2. Click Jump Authorization and log in to your store account on the jump interface
Please confirm whether the account on the login interface is the store account authorized this time. If they are inconsistent, please switch to the correct account on the current interface.
3. Check the agreement and click Confirm
4. OMS checks the authorized store information
After authorization is successful, affected by Amazon’s synchronization mechanism, the OMS platform authorization interface will display stores in all countries in the entire region (if a store has been opened in the Amazon backend). The synchronization is account + region dimension, so all stores in a certain region under this account are actually synchronized together. It is not possible to stop synchronization for a store in a region.
5. Set up product mapping (required)
Steps: Settings > Product Mapping > New/Import
- Before product mapping, please make sure that OMS has created the corresponding product SKU.The product information on the Amazon platform has already been filled in with the SKU; even if the platform SKU is consistent with the system SKU, product mapping needs to be completed.
- The quantity is the conversion factor between the platform SKU and the system SKU (not the inventory quantity), that is, when a buyer places an order to purchase 1 platform SKU, the seller needs to issue the corresponding number of system SKUs. If it is a combination of multiple SKUs, you can click the plus sign to continue adding.
- The product mapping relationship is bound to the platform store. If multiple platform stores are authorized, product mapping needs to be re-performed.

6. Order operation on the NIWO OMS platform
After the first authorization, the system will automatically pull orders within 3-5 days of the store creation time, but the platform orders are not automatically synchronized in real time. Subsequently, the system will pull orders within 2 days every 15 minutes. If you need to see all the latest orders immediately, you need to click the [Manual Synchronization] button to synchronize the data. Click the link to view the detailed operation steps: Platform Order
