How to authorize Jushuitan ERP in NIWO OMS
1. Obtaining authorization information on the NIWO OMS
1. Log in to your OMS account at: oms.xlwms.com
1) Click the “API Information” icon in the upper right corner, and click New – New API KEY
2. Add overseas warehouses to Jushuitan ERP
(Note: One sub-warehouse corresponds to one overseas warehouse physical warehouse. For multiple overseas warehouse physical warehouses, please create multiple sub-warehouses for configuration and docking. This part of the business may involve Jushuitan Paid Services,
please consult Jushuitan ERP for details)
1. Click [Inventory] – [Need third-party logistics or warehouse distribution]
2. After entering the page, click [Warehouse List] – [Create Sub-Warehouse], you can choose to create a new [Physical Sub-Warehouse] or [Cloud Warehouse], select as needed, fill in the relevant information after selection, and click [Confirm to open the sub-warehouse]
3. Click [Settings] – [Cloud Warehouse Console],
After entering the page, select the warehouse to configure the cloud warehouse, select Overseas Warehouse in [Platform Type], and select NIWO WMS in [Overseas Warehouse System]. Fill in the corresponding information obtained from NIWO in the first step.[APP KEY] and [SECRET]
Then click Update Warehouse and Update Channel below. If the information is filled in correctly, the corresponding overseas warehouse and the overseas warehouse channel will appear. Select the warehouse and channel to be used for pairing.
Customers can fill in and check other information as required, and then click Save in the lower right corner.
