How to authorize a Mercado store in NIWO OMS
Please use the same browser under the network environment commonly used by the store.
1. Log in to NIWO OMS to add authorization
Path: OMS – Settings – Platform Authorization – Mercado – Add Authorization
b. Fill in the OMS authorization information, select [Site] according to the actual store, [Store Name] and [Store Number] can be customized, and click [Go to Authorization] after filling in.
2. On the new pop-up page, log in to the Mercadolibre store you want to authorize
a. Please enter the account information corresponding to the authorized store
b. If you have seen the prompt of successful authorization, it means that the store has been successfully authorized to Niwo OMS. You can return to the platform list page to view the authorized stores
3. Product mapping between platform SKU and system SKU
Path: Settings – Product Mapping – New/Import
a. Before product mapping, please ensure that the corresponding product SKU has been created in OMS and the product information on the Mercado platform has been filled in with the SKU.
b. If the platform SKU is a combination product, please fill in the specific pairing relationship for the quantity.
c. If it is a combination of multiple SKUs, you can click the plus sign to continue adding. The product mapping relationship is bound to the platform store. If multiple platform stores are authorized, you need to re-map the product.
Frequently asked questions
Q1: The Mercado authorization page prompts “The application cannot connect to your account”.
A1: Please use the same browser in the store’s common network environment. Chrome is recommended. If you use the Purple Bird browser, authorization may fail. Please contact the browser customer service for processing.
Q2: The OMS platform order shows “Platform SKU is empty”. After returning to the platform to supplement the SKU, the document still shows an abnormality.
A2: It is recommended that you complete the binding of store product information and SKU on the Mercado platform before authorization, and then perform OMS product mapping. If it is prompted that “Platform SKU is empty”, it is recommended to cancel the order in [Exception], manually create a drop shipping order, and complete product mapping for the newly edited platform SKU in a timely manner.
