How to authorize a SHEIN store in NIWO OMS

1. Merchant SKU information of SHEIN store replenishment products

The platform SKU obtained by NIWO OMS corresponds to the merchant SKU of the SHEIN store. To ensure that the orders synchronized to NIWO OMS can smoothly generate a drop shipping order,It is recommended to add the [Merchant SKU] of the product in the store background before authorization.

2. Enter OMS - System Settings - Platform Authorization - SHEIN - Add Authorization

3. Fill in the authorization information

  • Fill in the authorization information Store Name No support for Chinese (Chinese names may cause authorization failure);
  • The store code is a custom content and is only displayed in OMS. You can fill it in the same as the platform for internal distinction;
  • Please select the type of store corresponding to the site. Inconsistent store types may cause authorization failure. If you cannot determine the store type, please consult the SHEIN platform customer service.

4. Click Go to Authorization and log in to your SHEIN main account on the authorization interface

5. Check the "SHEIN User Authorization Agreement" and click Confirm Authorization

6. Set up product mapping (required)

Steps: Settings > Product Mapping > New/Import
  • Before product mapping, please ensure that OMS has created the corresponding product SKU and that the product information on the SHEIN platform has been filled in [Merchant SKU]. Even if the merchant SKU is the same as the SKU created by OMS, matching still needs to be completed.
  • The quantity is the conversion factor between platform SKU and system SKU (not the inventory quantity), that is, when a buyer places an order to purchase 1 platform SKU, the seller needs to issue the corresponding number of system SKUs.If it is a combination of multiple SKUs, you can click the plus sign to continue adding.
  • The product mapping relationship is bound to the platform store. If multiple platform stores are authorized, product mapping needs to be re-performed.

7. For stores on semi-hosted sites, it is necessary to complete the logistics provider matching in OMS

Path: OMS platform authorization interface, click Operation – Edit logistics provider pairing

The system will automatically obtain the authorized store platform logistics providers. Please match the platform logistics providers with the system logistics providers (carriers) that may be used.If the actual carrier of the order is not in the matching relationship, the system may not be able to automatically return the logistics tracking number.
The warehouse number is based on the order details page. If you do not need to specify to obtain part of the orders, but want to synchronize all orders of the entire store, please select “All Orders”.

8. Order operation on the NIWO OMS platform

After the first authorization, the system will automatically pull orders within 3-5 days of the store creation time, but the platform orders are not automatically synchronized in real time. Subsequently, orders within 2 days will be pulled every 15 minutes. If you need to see all the latest orders immediately, you need to click the [Manual Synchronization] button to synchronize the data.

Frequently asked questions

Q1: When redirecting to authorization, it prompts "Authorization failed"

A1: Please confirm the authorization information filled in by OMS and whether the store name contains Chinese characters. If it does, authorization may fail. Please jump to authorization again after modifying it in OMS.

Q2: When jumping to authorization, it prompts "The developer's application mode does not match the platform merchant store cooperation mode, please contact the developer to check"

A2: Please contact SHEIN platform customer service to confirm whether the store type is “semi-hosted”

Q3: After successful authorization, store orders cannot be synchronized to OMS

A3:By default, the system only synchronizes pending orders.If you need to synchronize orders of other statuses, please check the corresponding order status type when authorizing OMS.

Q4: After successful authorization, the order synchronized to OMS shows that the platform SKU is empty

A4: Please confirm whether the [Merchant SKU] information of the product has been supplemented in the SHEIN store backend before authorization. If it is supplemented after synchronization, the system will not be able to obtain it again. Orders with empty platform SKU cannot be reviewed and generated as a drop shipping order, and a delivery order must be created manually.

Q5: An error message appears for an order that has been synchronized to OMS, indicating that the platform SKU is not bound to the system SKU, but the product mapping has actually been completed

A5: ①Confirm whether the platform SKU in the product mapping is [Merchant SKU]. If it is inconsistent with the synchronized platform SKU, the system cannot automatically match the system SKU according to the mapping relationship; ②Confirm whether the store in the product mapping is consistent with the store of the current order. The product mapping relationship is bound to the platform store. If multiple platform stores are authorized, the product mapping needs to be re-performed. If the mapping relationships of multiple stores are the same, the store can be filled in as “All”.

Q6: After review, it says "New products not maintained"

A6: Please confirm whether the system SKU has WMS size and weight data in the OMS – Product interface. If it is empty, please contact the overseas warehouse staff to fill it in.

Q7: The tracking number of the SHEIN order is inconsistent with the shipping label

A7: Due to platform restrictions, the platform interface’s delivery bill file and tracking number are not generated at the same time. There may be some orders where the platform has generated delivery bills but the tracking number has not been pushed. To avoid affecting the delivery time, the system fills the tracking number of these orders with the platform order number.
