How to authorize a Shopee store in NIWO OMS
1. Log in to NIWO OMS and fill in the authorization information
Path: OMS – System Settings – Platform Authorization – Shopee – Add Authorization – Fill in Authorization Information – Go to Authorization
The store name and store code are custom content and are only displayed in OMS. You can fill them in the same as the store for easy distinction
2. Jump to the authorization interface and log in to the account that needs authorization
2.1 Single store authorization (only one store can be authorized at a time)
Login to shop account
After successfully logging into the store, the page will jump to the application authorization page. Click the button [Authorize Application].
2.2 Master account authorization (authorizing multiple stores at the same time)
Login to sub account
3. After successful authorization, OMS - Platform Authorization Interface, you can view the authorized store information
4. Map platform SKUs and system SKUs to products
Path: Settings – Product Mapping – New/Import
a. Before product mapping, please make sure that the corresponding product SKU has been created in OMS and the SKU information has been filled in on the Shopee platform.
b. The quantity is the conversion factor between the platform SKU and the system SKU ( not the inventory ), that is, the number of system SKUs that need to be shipped out of the overseas warehouse for one platform SKU. If it is a combination of multiple SKUs, you can click the plus sign to continue adding.
c. The product mapping relationship is bound to the platform store. If multiple platform stores are authorized, product mapping needs to be re-performed.

5. Order operation on the NIWO OMS platform
After the first authorization, the system will automatically pull orders within 3-5 days of the store creation time, but the platform orders are not automatically synchronized in real time. Subsequently, the system will pull orders within 2 days every 15 minutes. If you need to see all the latest orders immediately, you need to click the [Manual Synchronization] button to synchronize the data. Click the link to view the detailed operation steps: Platform Order
