How to authorize Temu store in NIWO OMS
1. Temu store replenishes product SKU number
2. Get authorization access_token
2.1 Cross-border stores
Step 1: Temu backend > Click Seller Central in the upper right corner to switch to order management > Agree to the policy > Click to confirm authorization and go
- Please confirm that you are logging in to a [semi-hosted] store
- Or go directly to the link https://agentseller.temu.com/main/system-manage/client-manage
- This step is not necessary. If Seller Central is displayed in the upper left corner of your login interface, please proceed to step 2
Step 2: Confirm the store site option in the upper left corner
- The Access tokens of different store sites are not interoperable. Please confirm the site before proceeding to the next step to obtain the authorization code.
- The site selected on the current page needs to be consistent with the site selected by NIWO OMS
Step 3: Service Market > Authorization Management > Click to obtain authorization > Select NIWO WMS > Confirm
- Please confirm that the Seller Central in English on the upper left corner of the current interface is the one that obtains the order Token authorization If the upper left corner is “Seller Center”, you cannot find the NIWO WMS application;
- Please confirm that when selecting NIWO WMS on the authorization interface ,Check all permissions (including special authorization), otherwise the system cannot synchronize platform orders;
- NIWO ERP and NIWO WMS are not the same application. If you want to complete store authorization in NIWO OMS, please confirm that the application information is NIWO WMS .
Step 4: After clicking confirm, copy and paste the access_token into the access_token location on the OMS page
2.2 Local Stores
If your store backend login address is https://seller.temu.com/ , that is, a local store, enter the Temu store backend [Manage Your Apps] page and click [Authorize a new app].
Select “NIWO WMS” to generate and obtain the store access_token and copy it to NIWO WMS for authorization.Check all interface permissions
3. Log in to NIWO OMS and fill in the store authorization information
Steps: NIWO OMS > System Settings > Platform Authorization > Temu > Add Authorization > Fill in custom store information and access_token > Go to Authorization
4. NIWO OMS logistics provider matching (required)
After successful authorization, return to the OMS-Platform Account interface, select the store that has been successfully authorized, click [Operation] – [Edit Logistics Provider Pairing], the system will automatically obtain the authorized store platform logistics provider, please pair the platform logistics provider with the system logistics provider (carrier) that may be used.If the actual carrier of the order is not in the matching relationship, the system may not be able to automatically return the logistics tracking number. Common pairing methods: FedEx – FedEx, UPS – ups, USPS – USPS, UPS-MI – UPS-MI
5. Set up product mapping (required)
- Before product mapping, please ensure that the OMS has created the corresponding product SKU and The product information on the Temu platform has all been filled in with the SKU number;
- The quantity is the conversion factor between the platform SKU and the system SKU (not the inventory), that is, when a buyer places an order to purchase 1 platform SKU, the seller will send the corresponding quantity of goods. If it is a combination of multiple SKUs, you can click the plus sign to continue adding;
- The product mapping relationship is bound to the platform store. If multiple platform stores are authorized, product mapping needs to be re-performed.
