How to authorize Temu store in NIWO OMS

1. Temu store replenishes product SKU number

The platform SKU obtained by NIWO OMS corresponds to the SKU number of Temu store. To ensure that the orders synchronized by NIWO OMS can smoothly generate a drop shipping order,It is recommended to add the product SKU number in the store backend – product management before authorization.

2. Get authorization access_token

2.1 Cross-border stores

Step 1: Temu backend > Click Seller Central in the upper right corner to switch to order management > Agree to the policy > Click to confirm authorization and go
  • Please confirm that you are logging in to a [semi-hosted] store
  • Or go directly to the link https://agentseller.temu.com/main/system-manage/client-manage
  • This step is not necessary. If Seller Central is displayed in the upper left corner of your login interface, please proceed to step 2
Step 2: Confirm the store site option in the upper left corner
Please note:
  • The Access tokens of different store sites are not interoperable. Please confirm the site before proceeding to the next step to obtain the authorization code.
  • The site selected on the current page needs to be consistent with the site selected by NIWO OMS
Step 3: Service Market > Authorization Management > Click to obtain authorization > Select NIWO WMS > Confirm
Please note:
  • Please confirm that the Seller Central in English on the upper left corner of the current interface is the one that obtains the order Token authorization If the upper left corner is “Seller Center”, you cannot find the NIWO WMS application;
  • Please confirm that when selecting NIWO  WMS on the authorization interface ,Check all permissions (including special authorization), otherwise the system cannot synchronize platform orders;
  • NIWO ERP and NIWO WMS are not the same application. If you want to complete store authorization in NIWO OMS, please confirm that the application information is NIWO WMS . 
Step 4: After clicking confirm, copy and paste the access_token into the access_token location on the OMS page

2.2 Local Stores

If your store backend login address is https://seller.temu.com/ , that is, a local store, enter the Temu store backend [Manage Your Apps] page and click [Authorize a new app].

Select “NIWO WMS” to generate and obtain the store access_token and copy it to NIWO WMS for authorization.Check all interface permissions

3. Log in to NIWO OMS and fill in the store authorization information

Steps: NIWO OMS > System Settings > Platform Authorization > Temu > Add Authorization > Fill in custom store information and access_token > Go to Authorization

4. NIWO OMS logistics provider matching (required)

After successful authorization, return to the OMS-Platform Account interface, select the store that has been successfully authorized, click [Operation] – [Edit Logistics Provider Pairing], the system will automatically obtain the authorized store platform logistics provider, please pair the platform logistics provider with the system logistics provider (carrier) that may be used.If the actual carrier of the order is not in the matching relationship, the system may not be able to automatically return the logistics tracking number. Common pairing methods: FedEx – FedEx, UPS – ups, USPS – USPS, UPS-MI – UPS-MI 

5. Set up product mapping (required)

Steps: Settings > Product Mapping > New/Import
  • Before product mapping, please ensure that the OMS has created the corresponding product SKU and The product information on the Temu platform has all been filled in with the SKU number;
  • The quantity is the conversion factor between the platform SKU and the system SKU (not the inventory), that is, when a buyer places an order to purchase 1 platform SKU, the seller will send the corresponding quantity of goods. If it is a combination of multiple SKUs, you can click the plus sign to continue adding;
  • The product mapping relationship is bound to the platform store. If multiple platform stores are authorized, product mapping needs to be re-performed.

6. Order operation on the NIWO OMS platform

After the first authorization, the system will automatically pull orders within 3-5 days of the store creation time, but the platform orders are not automatically synchronized in real time. Subsequently, orders within 2 days will be pulled every 15 minutes. If you need to see all the latest orders immediately, you need to click the [Manual Synchronization] button to synchronize the data.
The system currently only synchronizes seller fulfillment orders and cannot synchronize cooperative docking warehouse orders.

7. Use platform delivery orders to ship goods

If the order needs to be shipped using the platform delivery order,After the order is synchronized to OMS, then return to the platform to operate “online order and shipment”, generate the tracking number and waybill, and then go to OMS to assign the “upload logistics waybill” channel to automatically obtain it.
 
※Please note : If you need to obtain the platform delivery order in the status of pending shipment, please confirm that the third step of authorizing the application has checked [Download call to successfully query the list of pending shipment packages], if you do not have this permission, please re-authorize and copy the new authorization code to the NIWO OMS to update the authorization

Frequently asked questions

Q1: When authorizing, the message "access_token error" appears.

A1: Please make sure that the upper left corner of the interface for obtaining authorization is Seller Central in English. The access_token generated by obtaining authorization in “Seller Center” cannot be used in NIWO OMS.

Q2: The authorization is successful, but the platform orders cannot be synchronized.

A2: ①Please confirm that the NIWO WMS application authorized by the Temu platform has all permissions checked (including special authorization); ②The platform has re-authorized NIWO WMS, and the new authorization code must be copied to OMS for update. If the authorization code of OMS is inconsistent with the latest one in the store backend, it may cause synchronization abnormalities; ③NIWO OMS only synchronizes orders in the waiting-to-ship status, please confirm the platform order status;

Q3: The synchronized platform order has an empty platform SKU

A3:Please add the SKU number of the store product in the store backend and complete the product mapping in NIWO OMS After the abnormal status is cancelled, it will be transferred from the canceled status to the pending status. Wait for about 15 minutes to synchronize the replenished platform SKU.

Q4: When the platform order synchronized to NIWO OMS is updated to the shipped status, the tracking number and outbound status are not updated synchronously in the TEMU backend

A4: Please confirm in the NIWO OMS – Platform Order module that the status of the platform order is “shipped” and that the carrier and logistics provider in the order are matched consistently.

Q5: Failed to obtain the [temu] platform delivery order, please try again later

A5: Please confirm that the order has been placed in the “Online Logistics Order” in the TEMU backend, and then go to OMS to assign and upload the logistics waybill channel for review and acquisition. If you need to obtain the platform waybill in the pending shipment status, please confirm that the third step of the authorization application has checked [Call Successfully Pending Shipment Package List Query Interface]. If you do not have this permission, please re-authorize and copy the new authorization code to the NIWO OMS to update the authorization
