How to authorize a TikTok store in NIWO OMS

To ensure that your platform orders can operate normally in OMS, please make sure that the seller SKUs of the store products have been filled in , and follow the steps below to complete the authorization and perform product mapping and logistics provider matching in OMS.

1. Confirm the store type

Path: My Account > Seller Profile > Seller Type

2. Log in to OMS and fill in the basic authorization information

Path: OMS > Settings > Platform Authorization > Tiktok > Add Authorization > Fill in basic information > Go to Authorization
  • Basic information is custom content and is only displayed in OMS. It can be consistent with the platform settings.
  • Please select the same authorized site according to the store type. Inconsistency between the site and the store type may cause authorization failure
  • If you need to specify some orders in the store for synchronization, please select “Store Warehouse”. And confirm that the shipping warehouse is set in the store backend
  • The warehouse settings in the store backend have nothing to do with the actual shipping warehouse of the OMS. They are only used to synchronize orders separately when the same store authorizes multiple different OMS system accounts.
The warehouse number is based on the order details page. If you do not need to specify to obtain part of the orders, but want to synchronize all orders of the entire store, please select “All Orders”.

3. Complete the authorization on the newly redirected TikTok platform page

3.1 Select the merchant type according to [Authorized Site] in the previous step and click "Next"

3.2 Log in to the account corresponding to the authorized TikTok store. Please use the store's main account to operate (if the webpage is already logged in, it will jump to the next step)

3.3 Fill in the authorization information and check the agreement (please confirm that the target shop is the OMS target authorized store)

4. Edit the logistics provider pairing in OMS (required)

    a. After successful authorization, return to the OMS-Platform Account interface, select the store that has been successfully authorized, and click [Operation] – [Edit Logistics Provider Pairing].   
 b. The system will automatically obtain the authorized store platform logistics provider. Please match the platform logistics provider with the system logistics provider (carrier).

5. Product mapping between platform SKU and system SKU

Path: Settings – Product Mapping – New/Import 
 
a. Before product mapping, please ensure that the corresponding product SKU has been created in OMS and the seller SKU has been filled in for the product information on the Tiktok platform.   
 
b. The quantity is the conversion factor between the platform SKU and the system SKU ( not the inventory ), that is, the number of system SKUs that need to be shipped out of the overseas warehouse for one platform SKU. If it is a combination of multiple SKUs, you can click the plus sign to continue adding.     
 
c. The product mapping relationship is bound to the platform store. If multiple platform stores are authorized, product mapping needs to be re-performed. Click the link to get a detailed tutorial on creating product mapping: How to perform product mapping for platform SKUs

6.OMS platform order operation

After the first authorization, the system will automatically pull orders within 3-5 days of the store creation time, but the platform orders are not automatically synchronized in real time. Subsequently, the system will pull orders within 2 days every 15 minutes. If you need to see all the latest orders immediately, you need to click the [Manual Synchronization] button to synchronize the data. Frequently asked questions

Q1: The OMS platform order is in an abnormal state, showing "Platform SKU is empty".

A1: It is recommended that before authorization, you should first ensure that the store product information on the TikTok platform has been supplemented with the seller SKU, and then perform OMS product mapping. If the prompt “Platform SKU is empty” is displayed, please return to the platform to supplement the seller SKU corresponding to the order product, and complete the product mapping in OMS. After the system obtains the platform order information to update the seller SKU, it will automatically synchronize to the “pending” status. The system will synchronize the platform order every 15 minutes. If it has not been updated for a long time, please confirm whether the seller SKU has been synchronized and updated in the original platform order. If it fails to synchronize, you can cancel the order in OMS-Platform Order-Exception, manually create a drop shipping order and upload the logistics bill by yourself. The manually created outbound order will not automatically return the logistics tracking number and delivery status, and you need to return to the platform to fill it out.

Q2: Will OMS mark orders placed on the TikTok platform? When will the logistics tracking number and delivery status be sent back?

A2: Please confirm that the logistics provider pairing has been completed (for the operation steps, please refer to 4. Edit logistics provider pairing in OMS). When the order is shipped out of WMS, the system will automatically synchronize the logistics tracking number and the shipped status to the TikTok platform.

Q3: OMS does not synchronize TikTok platform orders.

A3: ① Please confirm whether this batch of unsynchronized platform orders belongs to the stores authorized by OMS. If it is an unauthorized store, please complete the authorization in OMS first; ② The system only synchronizes orders with a platform status of “pending”. If it is in other status, the system will not be able to obtain it.

Q4: The delivery status and logistics tracking number of the TikTok platform orders that have been shipped have not been sent back to the platform

A4: Please confirm that the logistics provider pairing has been completed (for the operation steps, please refer to 4. Edit logistics provider pairing in OMS ). Orders placed before pairing need to return to the platform to fill in the logistics tracking number and delivery status. Subsequent orders will be automatically sent back.

Q5: The order synchronized by OMS does not belong to the current store

A5: Please confirm whether the account name is consistent with the store name filled in the OMS on the OMS platform authorization interface. The system does not check the consistency between the two. If the match is inconsistent, please click Operation – Update Authorization and confirm “target shop” on the jump authorization interface.
