Wangdiantong ERP cross-border version authorization

1. Log in to Wangdiantong ERP cross-border version:

After filling in the login information, click Login

2. Obtain the authorization information of NIWO

Click the avatar in the upper right corner of OMS to get the App Key and App Secret:

3. New authorization for third-party warehouses

1. Warehouse – Warehouse Management – Warehouse List – Create a New Warehouse, and select the third-party overseas warehouse that needs to be authorized
Enable external inventory: Wangdiantong ERP will use the overseas warehouse inventory data returned by the interface as the basis for inventory judgment, and regularly pull and update the overseas warehouse inventory to ERP;
 
If external inventory is not enabled : Wangdiantong ERP determines whether the inventory of goods can be shipped based on the inventory quantity of the ERP system’s inventory documents. Due to the long inventory preparation cycle of the third-party warehouse, it may lead to inconsistency with the actual inventory of the third-party warehouse, and the order cannot be pushed normally.
 
2. After filling in the corresponding information, click Authorize and fill in the authorization information obtained in the second step

4. New mapping of third-party warehouse logistics

1. Settings – Authorization Management – Logistics Settings – International Customized Logistics – New Logistics Method {When the overseas warehouse obtains the delivery note (not pushed by ERP), use international custom logistics}; When using platform logistics, select Create new platform logistics.Select Create New.
 
International logistics: refers to the logistics of direct domestic shipment to international destinations.
Platform logistics: refers to customers using the platform’s own logistics.
Platform warehouse logistics: refers to the platform providing warehouses and logistics, such as AliExpress, FBA, etc.;
 
Domestic logistics: refers to the first-leg logistics from domestic warehouses to freight forwarders;
Customized logistics: including logistics without order number or customized logistics, some logistics companies that are not connected, usually occur offline;
Maintain basic logistics information, delivery range and restrictions, templates and logistics settings, and address information respectively;
 
After maintaining all required fields, click [Save] to save the current logistics entry method;
If you need to use this logistics method, you need to click [Enable Status] to enable the current logistics method before you can use this logistics.
 
2. Download the third-party warehouse logistics

5. Download goods from third-party warehouses

Warehouse-Warehouse Management-Warehouse Overview-Inventory Initialization.
 
After manually clicking on inventory initialization, the third-party warehouse product information will be synchronized to the ERP system, and then click on refresh product data to view it.

6. ERP system SKU matching with third-party warehouse products

When the SKU in the ERP system is consistent with the SKU in the third-party warehouse, you can click on the automatic matching system goods for matching; it also supports importing matching relationships through a table , or manually matching goods to complete the mapping.

7. How to push orders to overseas warehouses

Order-Order Processing-Pending Status Interface, select the corresponding warehouse and logistics for the order to be shipped, and click Move to Distribution
 
Note: Warehouse inventory cannot be less than the delivery quantity
After successfully moving into the distribution process , the status of external warehouse distribution will be displayed . In this interface, you can check whether the push is successful in the external warehouse information .
 
If the push fails, you can check the specific reason for the failure , click on the order details to make corresponding changes, check the order after the changes, and then click to push the order again .
After successfully pushing to NIWO OMS, these orders will be displayed in OMS-Warehousing Service-One-Piece Shipping Order
