How to automatically push orders on the platform
The platform orders synchronized to Lingxing OMS support automatic allocation of warehouses and logistics, automatic review, and automatic submission of successfully reviewed orders to the warehouse, thereby realizing automatic order push.
1. Create platform order rules
By formulating platform order rules, you can automatically assign warehouses and logistics to platform orders that meet the rules. Newly enabled order rules will be automatically applied toNewly synchronized platform orders in the [Pending] status.
Path: OMS > System Settings > Platform Order Rules > Create Rules— > Save
1.1 All platform orders are assigned the same shipping warehouse and logistics channel
Please note:
- In the application scope, check [Apply to all orders] .Even if you check the optional conditions below, this rule will apply to all orders.;
- If you want to automatically assign warehouses and logistics and submit for review, please check “Automatic Review”.
1.2 Allocate different shipping warehouses and logistics channels for platform orders that meet different conditions
Please note:
- In the Application Scope, check [Apply to orders that meet the following conditions] ,The relationship between different conditions is AND. Only orders that meet the above conditions at the same time will trigger this rule.;
- If you need to assign different warehouses or logistics channels to different conditions, you need to create multiple platform order rules accordingly;
- Estimated weight currently only supports metric data, and the system will automatically convert the imperial data;
- If you want to automatically assign warehouses and logistics and submit for review, please check “Automatically review”.
1.3 Platform Order Rules Management
- The platform order rules support dragging to adjust the priority.Priority descends from top to bottom; When the order does not meet the first rule condition, it will be polled from top to bottom;
- Rules in the “disabled” state can be re-enabled;
- Platform order rules are only effective for newly synchronized orders after creation/update.
2. Common condition settings
2.1 Only orders containing designated products/special products are assigned to designated delivery channels
2.2 Delivery from the nearest place
2.3 According to the platform logistics providers, assign designated carrier channels to obtain platform delivery orders
3. Automatic submission after approval
The system defaults to [Automatically submit to warehouse after successful review]. If you uncheck it, a pop-up window will appear.
If there is no abnormality, the platform order will be updated to the “processing” status and submitted to OMS – Warehousing Service – Drop Shipment – Warehouse Processing Status.
