NIWO ERP Authorization
1. Obtaining authorization information on the NIWO OMS
1. Log in to your OMS account at: oms.xlwms.com
1) Click the “API Information” icon in the upper right corner, and click New – New API KEY
2. Add overseas warehouses on NIWO ERP
1. Log in to NIWO ERP, website: erp.lingxing.com
1) Click [Settings] – [Warehouse Settings] – [Add Warehouse]: select “Overseas Warehouse” for Warehouse Attribute, “Third Party” for Warehouse Type, “NIWO WMS” for Third Party Service Provider Name, and fill in the API information obtained from the OMS in the previous step.
2) Click [Save] to complete the connection configuration.(After the first authorization, you need to wait 15-30 minutes to synchronize the information, and you can confirm it later)
3) Select the overseas warehouse you just authorized – [Warehouse Information] – [Warehouse Settings] to enable the warehouse you need to use
3. SKU matching on NIWO ERP
1. After the warehouse is enabled, you can perform [SKU matching] to map the SKU of ERP with the SKU of OMS port one-to-one.
Frequently asked questions
Q1: After the authorization of NIWO ERP is successful, there is no warehouse information
A: For the first authorization, you need to wait 15-30 minutes to synchronize data. Click [Full Pull Refresh] – [Full Synchronization] to check again later.
Q2: The SKUs of ERP and overseas warehouses are the same, so automatic matching cannot be completed
Answer: Please confirm whether the product has inventory flow in NIWO ERP. Products without inventory flow cannot complete automatic matching.
