OMS-FBA return warehousing
1. In OMS – FBA Return – Return Inbound Order page, click [New] to directly create an FBA return inbound order. Click [Import] in the list to also support batch import of FBA inbound orders.
2. Create an FBA return entry page, which is divided into two parts: [Basic Information] and [Product Information].
*Among them, the customer’s warehouse configuration needs to be configured in advance in omp-customer management, the removal order Order ID is obtained by querying Amazon, and the logistics carrier and logistics tracking number are on the return package.
*Product information, click [Select Product] to select the current customer’s product and fill in the corresponding return quantity. If the FNSKU filled in is not previously bound to the SKU, there will be an exclamation mark next to the FNSKU. Click the exclamation mark to get this prompt, just for reminder, click Confirm, and after confirming the binding, if a document is generated, it cannot be unbound.
*Complete all required fields (basic information, product information, etc.) and submit the FBA order. You can also choose to save the draft.
3. After submission, the document will automatically enter the [Waiting for Warehouse] state, and saving the draft will enter the [Draft] state.
Note: If the information in the document needs to be modified after submission, the reconstruction can be canceled in the waiting-for-warehouse status; the cancellation of reconstruction is not supported in the status after waiting-for-warehouse.
