1. Function Introduction
If the product returned by the customer is not notified in advance, it is impossible to know which customer the product belongs to. In this case, the product must be claimed by the customer in the warehouse to let the customer know who the product belongs to.

2. Operation Instructions
To claim the goods in the warehouse, you need to click the [Claim] button in the [Waiting for Claim] state. After selecting the claim order type, you need to enter the correct [Logistics Tracking Number] and [Carrier] to successfully claim the goods.
