OMS warehouse forecast
1. Enter the OMS system, click the incoming menu on the left, and enter the incoming order page. In order to facilitate the warehouse staff to receive the goods, the seller needs to create an incoming order in the system and fill in the delivery method, delivery method, SKU, quantity, number of boxes, etc. of the goods to be received. After creating the incoming order, you can print out the corresponding incoming order, box number mark, barcode, etc.
2. Inventory status
All: Displays incoming orders in all statuses.
Draft: When creating a new incoming order, click “Save Draft”. After saving successfully, it will be in draft status. Incoming orders in draft status have not been submitted to the warehouse, and support operations such as modification and cancellation.
Waiting for Warehouse: Click “Save and Submit” when creating a new warehouse entry, or submit a draft warehouse entry to the warehouse. After the operation is successful, it will be in the waiting for warehouse state. Waiting for warehouse means that the warehouse has not received the goods yet, but the warehouse entry can be queried in the system. At this time, you can update the tracking number, cancel, etc.
Receiving: Indicates that the warehouse has started receiving the goods, or has only received part of the goods. At this time, the warehouse entry order cannot be canceled.
Received: Indicates that the warehouse has received all the goods, or forced receipt has been completed.
Shelves: Indicates that the warehouse has put all the received goods on the shelves. This status indicates that the warehousing process has been completed.
Cancelled: The incoming order has been cancelled.
3. Description of storage type
Regular warehousing: mainly used for drop shipping, refers to warehousing and putting products on shelves to generate product inventory.
Stock transfer warehousing: mainly used for stock transfer. Refers to warehousing and putting goods on shelves by box to generate box inventory.
Special note: Product inventory and box inventory are two independent sets of inventory. Compared with regular warehousing, stock transfer warehousing adds “custom box barcode” when filling in the packing details.
4. Create a new incoming order
1) Click the New button on the Inbound Order page to enter the page for creating a new inbound order. Fill in the corresponding information, including the type of goods entering the warehouse, the type of shipment, SKU, quantity, number of boxes, etc.
2) Among them, the incoming product information can be added manually or imported in batches. It should be noted that currently a single incoming order supports a maximum of 2,000 boxes.
3) After filling in the form, you can save the draft or submit it directly. If you click Save Draft, the warehouse entry form will be in draft status; if you click Submit, the warehouse entry form will be submitted directly to WMS, and the status will be transferred to Waiting for Warehouse.
4) After the incoming order is successfully created, you can print out the corresponding incoming order list, box number mark, barcode, etc. according to your needs.
5. Submit the warehouse entry form
If the incoming order is in draft status and needs to be submitted to the warehouse, select the corresponding incoming order and click Submit.
6. Print box mark
In the operation column of the incoming order, click Print Box Mark to print the box mark and packing list of the incoming order. There are three different sizes of box marks. The difference is that the larger two sizes can display the SKU information in the box. In addition, if it is a stock transfer type incoming order, you can choose what type of barcode to print, including system box type code and custom box barcode.
