Work order function introduction

The warehouse often needs to communicate with the OMS operator, and can use work orders to replace offline communication on WeChat. The specific usage process is as follows:

1. Create a work order in OMS, specifically in OMS-Warehousing Service-Work Order.

2. Write the work order details

3: OMS submits a work order

4: In the WMS work order module, the [Pending Review] function will appear. Click Review

5: In the review work order details, you can reply to the customer and select "Approved". The status of the approved work order will be transferred to [Approved]

6. You can see in OMS that the review has been completed and you can download the attachments

7. After the WMS has processed the work order, it can mark the work order as completed, and the status of the work order will be updated to [Completed], and it will also be pushed to the OMS system.

8. OMS can see that the work order has been processed, and can also see the specific time node when the work order status changed in the details.
