Realize Yicang order docking in 3 minutes
1. Description
This manual aims to provide sellers with a solution for connecting Yicang ERP orders with the NIWO WMS system, and to achieve order synchronization, warehouse delivery, and order status feedback through platform authorization.
2. Operation steps
1. Authorize an e-commerce platform store in the NIWO system (1 minute)
- Platform authorization: NIWO OMS> System Settings> Platform Authorization> Select the e-commerce platform you use> Add Authorization> Fill in the authorization information ( Platform Authorization )
- Create a product: Go to the [Product] list in the left menu of OMS and create a system product ( OMS basic data )
- Product mapping: NIWO OMS > System Settings > Product Mapping > Create > Fill in product mapping information > Confirm ( How to map products using platform SKUs )
2. The Star system pulls all platform orders (automatically)
3. Push orders to overseas warehouses in the NIWO system (automatically)
You can push orders that need to be processed by overseas warehouses to overseas warehouses manually or automatically:
- Manual push
- Automatic push (supports automatic warehouse distribution by postal code) ( How to achieve automatic push of platform orders )
4. The seller freezes the order fulfilled by NIWO in Yicang (2 minutes)
Applicable scenarios : Due to the different geographical locations, prices and other factors of different warehouses, sellers often have multiple warehouses stocked with goods. Some warehouses do not use the NIWO system, so only part of all orders may be fulfilled in the NIWO system. To avoid duplicate shipments, orders need to be frozen in Yicang after NIWO pushes them to the warehouse.
Operation method : You can copy the order [platform order number] in the [warehouse processing] status to the Yicang ERP system in batches, and process the orders as [frozen] in batches, which means that these orders are fulfilled in the NIWO system, and the remaining orders can continue to be fulfilled in Yicang.
5. The warehouse processes the order and informs the platform that this part of the order has been shipped (automatically)
After the warehouse ships the goods, the NIWO system will automatically update the shipping status of the corresponding order; after the update, Yicang ERP will also obtain the latest order status from the e-commerce platform without any additional operation on your part.
Frequently asked questions
Q1 : If the order quantity exceeds the inventory quantity in the NIWO warehouse, will part of it be shipped, and there will be no clear indication of the remaining part?
Answer: When the system reviews the platform order, it will check the inventory quantity. If the inventory is insufficient, the review will fail. At this time, you can view the failure reason in [Platform Order-Pending-Reason for Review Failure], and the outbound order will not be pushed to the warehouse.
Q2 : After the goods are shipped through NIWO System, do I need to mark them manually in Yicang?
A: No, after the NIWO system ships the goods, the order status will be automatically synchronized to Yicang.
